Requirements:

• Skills in recruiting, human resources managing and effective motivation areas;

• Effective time management, definition of priorities skills;

• Knowing the rules of effective Goods accommodation in trade point (merchandising);

• Sales planning skills;

• Skills of drawing up the account-regulation documentation.

 

Duties:

 

The territorial sales manager – employee of the enterprise, who effectively rules the sales in his entrusted territory, makes the analyses of market potential and competitive sphere on the given territory, analyzes the Clients' service quality, controls the turning of the debitorial debts and commodity-material stocks. Forms and develops effective command, concludes the contracts with main retail nets on the territory. The territorial sales manager works in the regional office of the enterprise and is submitted to the assistant of the sales director.

Conditions of hiring – full employment;

Work graphic – Mo.-Fr. from 9.00-18.00;

Payment structure – the salary plus premium.
